Part of our new line of fully cooked, heat and serve meals, this roasted veg & ricotta lasagna is vegetarian friendly and includes eggplant, onion, peppers, zucchini, arugula, garlic, as well as ricotta, mozzarella, and parmesan cheeses.

This product will arrive vacuum sealed and frozen for easy and compact storage. 

To heat, bring a large pot of water to a boil, add frozen package and return the water to a simmer then cook for 15-20 minutes. Carefully remove package from water, cut open bag and transfer food to a plate and serve!
