THE LAST DAY TO PLACE AN ORDER FOR THANKSGIVING IS WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 9.

OPTIONAL ADD-ON ($40): Lighten your load this year by adding our holiday meal kit to your roast! This includes:

• 2 x 500ML containers of our store-made gravy
• 1 x 500ML container of our store made cranberry sauce
• 2 LBS dry sage bread stuffing base (add the herbs and vegetables of your choice!)

Our Mennonite farmed, naturally-raised capons are always free-running and free-feeding. This promotes healthy and lean poultry. Our strict feeding program of grains, barley, wheat shorts and distillers grain enhances the flavour tremendously. Once our chickens are processed, they are hung to dry overnight (air chilled) to avoid any unnecessary use of cleaning chemicals or water retention.

Capons are the male chicken (A.K.A. rooster) and are only available during Thanksgiving and Christmas time. Being the male, they are larger than the normal chickens we carry throughout the year, usually coming in betwen 7-9 LBS.
